The Center M App

The Center M app allows users to cultivate awareness of their own thoughts and feelings in the present moment through mindfulness exercises, breath work, and tools to decrease stress and promote wellness. The app also supports practice with the foundational principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, including recognizing the thoughts, feelings and behaviors are intertwined.

The Center M app includes: meditation exercises, breath work, and 10–15-minute activities to practice what was learned during group sessions and app use.

To access the Center M app, one must have a username and password. The user is able to complete activities and practice through their own login with complete privacy.

We have also included a list of resources ranging from mental health hotlines to online videos and app recommendations to compliment the Center M model.
